Since last year, construction at Parkside Village has continued to move forward at an impressive pace, with significant milestones reached across multiple buildings within the community, just west of Square One in Mississauga City Centre.
At Voya, both towers have now been formed through to their mechanical penthouses, with the 36- and 42-storey buildings taking their place on the city's skyline. Nearby, construction has wrapped on Avia 1 and 2, rising 38 and 50 storeys respectively, marking another major achievement for the neighbourhood.
The two Voya towers have already risen past the 21st floor, with their final heights now clearly taking shape. The distinctive curves of the concrete floor plates highlight the project’s sculptural form, particularly where the stepped podium transitions into the elegant tower profiles above. At street level, installation of dark-tinted glazing and black spandrel panels has progressed through the first four storeys, while two cranes remain active overhead as construction continues to advance.
